Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation: Preparing and organizing final loan documents, including the closing disclosure and deed of trust.
- Compliance Review: Ensuring all lender requirements, state, and federal regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA) are met.
- Coordination: Acting as the final point of contact for the borrower, loan officer, title company, and attorney to facilitate the closing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of mortgage closing experience
- Knowledge: Understanding of FHA, VA, USDA and conventional loan requirements.
- Skills: High level of organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office
