As a Mortgage Loan Disclosure specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and transparent information about their mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver all required mortgage loan disclosures in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to ensure timely and accurate disclosure delivery
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all disclosure activities
• Stay up-to-date on changes in mortgage disclosure regulations and ensure compliance at all times

• Comply with all bank policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in mortgage loan disclosures or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements
