CharterWest Bank is seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Teller/CSR to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while performing various banking transactions. You will assist clients with their financial needs, promote bank products and services, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Your ability to build relationships and manage customer accounts will be key to your success in this position.

The employee will be responsible for the processing of transactions accurately and efficiently. This may include:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Provide information about bank products and services, actively upselling when appropriate.
Assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Comply with bank policies and procedures.
Assist with customer phone calls
Other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with previous banking experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competence with computers, telephone systems, 10-key calculator and other office equipment
The ability to work effectively as a team member
Careful attention to detail and time management
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
